In Dota 1v1 (especially SF) the incomplete information (fog of war) is not significant, since either player is not able to "secretly" reach such game state which is irreversible once "discovered" by oponent
No matter what the oponent is doing behind the fog, default = farm creeps & XP is the most optimal thing to do
In Dota 1v1, actions taken have more immediate impact - creep kill/deny, hero damage dealt/taken
