Prisoners are being given stuff like TVs and laptops and other luxuries the elderly do not get, and this puts strain on our justice system! We have DNA technology to accurately capture a criminal, so we can bring back the death penalty and kill the right people for their horrific accidents.
Jurisdictions that apply the death penalty do not have lower rates of affected crimes to jurisdictions without it. Therefore the death penalty is not a deterrent.
