There must be life other than our own in the universe.
"Must" implies a 100% chance. Although the likelihood is very high, it can't be 100%. There is a chance, however unlikely, that we are the only life currently in existence at this moment.
It is impossible to prove if God exists.
If a God interacts with the world in any meaningful way, then those interactions can be measured and proven.
