Mothers should be able to sue their children if the child attempts to be delivered feet first. This results in an emergency C-section, which are expensive. Ignorance of the law is no excuse for the child.
In order for a sue to be successful, you would need to show that the Fetal Alcohol Syndrome is the only thing that could be responsible for the individual's disabilities
Fetal alcohol syndrome is easy to prove through medical testing, and a standard punishment through the shape of economical compensation should be implemented. Where this compensation comes from if the parent can not pay for it is a different discussion.
This can be found through simple googling of "FAS diagnosis and testing" and includes the doctor going through a checklist of physical characteristics found in FAS, and only FAS. It is a well established practice, and is used to determine possible future disorders.
