There is no evidence economic interventionism keeps people out of poverty. The opposite is true for states that ran on central planned economies.

Greed is a causal factor in labour value. Most greedy people don't suddenly feel empathy one day and pay their workers a fair wage. Living and minimum wage laws are required for fair wages.
This statement is meaningless. We should look at why people get paid what they get paid, and the mantra ''Uh CEOs be selfish?'' cannot be maintained. Labour value is decided by a market economy, states interventionism stagnates economic growth, causing higher unemployment and higher prices.
This would stagnate economic growth. Take companies in China/India, massive economic growth but the working conditions are sub par compared to ours. The solution is to let them continue to make their economies grow, not shrink and stagnate it because they don't yet fit our standards.
This argument is so absurd I almost regret dignifying it with a"but" response. At best, the the original poster should rephrase the argument for hirself: "I should find a full time job that adequately supports the lifestyle I wish to lead."
