Only actions that have a victim should be considered crime.
The term "victim" is vague, but central to the claim. What defines a victim in this scenario? Without a clear definition of what is victimization and where culpability ends, we can't come to a conclusion.

Scientology is a bad religion
If people cannot agree on how to define the word "religion" or "religious," there is no way for us to have any meaningful conversation about what is or isn't religion. Anyone could claim that anything is a religion. The word itself would be functionally useless, as it would have no fixed meaning.

Earth is a common, everyone has the right to receive a share of its riches
Put crudely, why? Rights are not universal absolutes, they are the result of societies. Rights are created when society decides upon them. Why would society want to reward everyone equally, when not everyone contributes equally to society?

PC is better then mac
Macs might be "personal computers" but PC is generally associated with computers that run windows software, which are entirely different to Macs. Their interface, features, system structure, and many other qualities are very different, so they are presented as two categories of computer.

A global government should be created
For many populations around the world, those "petty differences" define their worldview. If the only way to make a global government function is to require that all populations suddenly reject their history, culture, and beliefs, then it is functionally impossible.
