The practice would be consensual, as the premise lists a free market of organs. No person would be forced to sell organs without their consent. Additionally, the above argument implies that it is less moral to give an option to alleviate poverty than to continue living in poverty without the option.
White Privilege Does Exist
the statement that the absence of hardship is privilege and excluded middle. Also, assuming axiomatically that part of privilege is the absence of hardship, the argument only shows that whites have part of privilege but not the whole of privilege.
Definitions are best kept 'loose'/open in discussions
Without agreeing on precise definitions of terms, no argument can take place. This is akin to two people arguing in two separate languages.
Income should be equal
If everyone's income was zero (i.e. equal), would that eliminate abuse and anxiety? I suspect not.
