Bodily Autonomy is a fundamental human right - you own your own body, and can do what you want with it without ethical consequences, as long as your actions aren't directly affecting others (then it becomes an ethical concern).

Argument Against TheMan
Appeal To Belief
We can know nothing for certain
If the argument is true, then we cannot know for certain that it is true. If the argument is false, we can know for certain that it is false. Therefore the argument can only conclusively be shown to be false. Therefore it is not true (but not necessarily false).

There is no such thing as an altruistic deed.
Atheistic Existentialists argue that there is no inherent human nature, and that what we call 'human nature' is actually the product of a human being's decisions and actions, not the cause. Therefore we cannot be 'inherently' selfish, we can only act selfishly.

Art should not be defaced.
Art is personal property. We should not destroy or damage others' personal property, therefore we should not deface art. Unless you own it. Then do what you want.

Wrong Direction
Art should not be defaced.
Defining 'art' conclusively is functionally extremely problematic, or arbitrary. There are certainly, however, things called 'art'. Therefore we can only argue about 'things called art', which are objects.

There is public and private property. Public property is still not yours to destroy. You can't go pulling up roads and claiming that they're yours so you can do what you like with them.
