Everything we do is selfish
Define "selfish." This relies on some conception of free will or freedom of choice. From a purely reductionistic viewpoint, everything is just chemicals, and chemicals cannot be selfish; there must be a higher level of abstraction.
This website sucks.
Like an adversarial justice system, it relies on contradictory views to find arguments, but small and biased userbase could lead to an argument being considered only from one side.
Outside Schoolwork Should Be Optional
This requires that such "buffer points" be specific to a single topic in class. Otherwise, one could perform homework on a well-understood topic and then use the points as an excuse not to learn another, thus leading to less learning.
