Market Capitalism is basically people exchanging products of their work at a ratio determined by the supply/demand balance. Hard to come up with a more fair system, really.

Market Capitalism is not the best system for economic organisation

All labour is voluntary, hence most people don't work, and most of the society leeches off of the few that still work for some reason.
