We don't need more rulers. We need decentraliced distribution of power, i.e. collaborative leadership.

If we only allow a particular category of people to rules, we risk extreme discriminations to the opposite categories.

The world is just fine. It's the man-made society that sucks... in many areas.

If we have a test that permit us to know that women, at average, are better at ruling than men, then we can use this test directly to discriminate the men and women that are the best at ruling (without using the proxy man/woman).
